Specific Terms and Conditions for TASBIJOUX:

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submission of any purchase order to TASBIJOUX SDN BHD indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TASBIJOUX reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Liability

TASBIJOUX is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received or other methods where TASBIJOUX sees fit.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by TASBIJOUX are estimates only. TASBIJOUX will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, contact number and email address. TASBIJOUX can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses or non-reachable phone number/email address.

All orders will be shipped as available or as released. This is to ensure that you receive your items as quick as possible, noting:

  • If your product is in-stock, we will post it as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 working hours.
  • If you have purchased a Pre-Order item, we will post the product to you within 1-2 working day of its arrival.
  • If your product is out of stock, it will need to be ordered in from the supplier. These orders are usually sent to you within 10-15 working days of the initial order. We will advise you by email if there are any delays expected. However, if TASBIJOUX unable to obtain stock of an item which has been ordered, TASBIJOUX will offer a replacement product(s), and if that is not suitable as an option for you, TASBIJOUX will refund the full amount of the item which is unavailable only.

We aim to keep the postage costs to a minimum, but there are costs associated with the handling despatch and freight including fuel surcharge for your order. Flat rate shipping costs are listed at the point of order processing, which is visible prior to your transaction acceptance. Listed flat rate shipping cost may or may not be the actual shipping cost which is usually higher. Any extra cost above the flat rate shipping cost listed will be borne by TASBIJOUX.

Acceptance of the goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for defect and notifying us within 14 working days of receiving the goods should there be any defect.

All Sale is Final

All sale is final. TASBIJOUX do not entertain any return/exchange/refund request due to change of mind or incorrect order once the item is shipped.

Returns Policy

To assure prompt and accurate credit on returned products, we ask that you follow these steps:

  • Credit or adjustment is given on mistakes that are our fault, provided you contact our Customer Service Department at sales@tasbijoux.com within fourteen (14) days from receipt of merchandise.
  • We do not refund the shipping portion of the order for delays that are outside our control. The customer is able to return the goods to us if arrived too late for a refund however the postage for the return is the customers responsibility.
  • Credit will not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, worn or abused.
  • All returns must include a written explanation and a copy of the invoice or packing list.
  • Absolutely No returns/exchanges/refunds are accepted after thirty (30) days from date of invoice.
  • Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to the courier company (City-Link Express or Poslaju), immediately. Then contact us so that we can reship the product and place a claim. Keep damaged goods until notified otherwise.

Warranties

TASBIJOUX warrants that the product will look and work in accordance with the imagery and working requirements as would generally be understood with handbags and other such product offering. Minor stitching inconsistency (if any) is not considered as defect and will not be treated as such.

Pricing and GST

Prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing listed and credit cards charged are in Malaysian Ringgit.

GST is included in the listed product price.

Order cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, TASBIJOUX can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, TASBIJOUX reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Pre-Orders are Non-Cancellable, Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable.

Cancellation if any is at the sole discretion of TASBIJOUX.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, TASBIJOUX shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TASBIJOUX shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TASBIJOUX shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Typographical Errors

Refunds (if any) is at the sole discretion of TASBIJOUX and will only be in Store Credit / Voucher.

Request for refund in cash will not be entertained.
